I just replaced my camshaft censor in my grand caravan 3.3 because it was sliced in half by the drive belt it now turns over but wont start i checked my fuel rail for pressure it looks OK i disconnected the battery before install but don't know what could be wrong at this point

 

Parts are occasionally bad out of the box. Can you do a splice and wrap on the old one and reinstall it? That would tell you if the new sensor is bad, or if there's something else going on.
