AC Recycle button
I'll try to make this quick.
2002 Caravan Sport
I have changed the blower resistor on it about a year ago. Everything works fine, cool air, hi, medium, low fan speeds. It used to be that when you pressed the recycle button the fan speed would maybe double, now it does not change at all. The little light on the button still lights up, though
One thing that has been happening for about 6 months is that as soon as we turn the engine on the AC turns on too, as if we left it on. We make it a point to turn off the AC before turning the engine off.
Any suggestions and/or input is appreciated. I've google but have not come across anything.
Thank you,
Nelson

Yes AC indicator light is on (one with the ice symbol) also the on/off button which just controls the fan. Compressor kicks on and cold air starts blowing. Didn't do that before and I don't know if it will ruin anything.
As far as the recirculating button, after more research online, have come to found out that it is the little motor that controls that door. Took the motor off the assembly underneath the passenger side behind the glove box. Opened it up and noticed rust, water must have been getting in it. Anyone have an idea where I can buy another one? I have noticed some water that drips under that side. I was thinking rain water is puddling somewhere and dripping slowly, but when I had the ac running and had the filter out it started dripping so I have to figure out why it's not dripping outside.
Thank you for the reply by the way.
