2000 caravan iac problem
I have a 2000 3.0L caravan. The iac is not adjusting. Installed a new one. Still not adjusting. Installed a pcm. Same thing. Idles high and surges when in gear with the brake on. Any suggestions on how to fix it.

I believe the wiring has been tested but not sure about the ECT sensor or vacuum leaks. A friend is working on it for me. I will check with him.
