Hi, hope someone can help.
I have 1990 caravan se 3.0 V-6 MPI, where is the fuel pump relay
located? please be as exact as possible.

I may be wrong but I don't think there is a specific relay for the fuel pump and that the ASD relay controls it. If the pump is not working you might have a bad pick up asm in the distributor...this will cause the ASD relay to shut down and create a no-start condition.
