HI. Is it advisable too power flush an 06 automatic with over 100 k miles and refill with synthetic? Thank you.

 

ATF+4 is already a full synthetic fluid. If the transmission has never seen any maintenance, you shouldn't flush it. Just drop the pan, and change the filter a couple of times. Then change the fluid every 30,000 miles from now on.
