having an issue with the tranny not wanting to shift outta low gear. it has a 3.3 4 speed in it. at first it would not shift and i could turn it off wait a min and start it back up and it would shift fine. not it wont. was told it could b the tcm. just wondering if anyone can help and where is this module located in my vehicle
