Headlight bulb problem
Greetings,
I recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SE and it's obviously time to change the headlights.
Decided to install Sylvania Silverstar Ultra's.
Problem is the old bulbs are a two piece, the bulb itself and a male connector. The new Ultra's are one piece.
Pulling out the red clip does not release the male part of the bulb assembly.
Of course I tried prying it out and the plastic simply snaps off. But then I can see where I can insert a screwdrive to lift the lock but you need three hands.
One to hold the lock up, another to hold the assembly and the third hand with needle nose pliers (?) to pull out the connector.
Silly question, is there a "trick" to do this ?
Cheers, Don
