[4th Gen : 01-07]: 2006 Sliding door won't open
Open it manually and hit the button to close it. Post what it does.
I must have lost track of this thread a month ago. Sometimes I don't get notifications.
First, If the door lock actuator doesn't work (unlock) the door can't be open electrically. You have to fix the dead lock actuator first.
In addition, the most common problems on these generation doors are the wiring harnesses in the track. The ground wire breaks due to repeated use over the years. That wire is ground for the door modules, so you will have no function from them. You can fix the break, but it will surely break in another spot shortly after, so replacing the track harness is the best option.

I also had the same same door lock actuator motor burn up too, thankfully the cost is pretty cheep
now even when my actuator broke, I could still manually pull of the door lock and then open the door,
