2008 3.3 with misfires plug 3 popping back through injection also p0001 code can't find the answers

I was thinking I've never heard of a P0001 and this confirmed it: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0001

 

I went to local parts store and used their code reader did not come up p0001 but did come up with misfire #3. I just replaced plugs and wires at 94000 using e3-66 plugs
changed out the plug and checked plug wire for any decay. Walla no hesitation or skipping Thanks to every one
