Has anyone had this problem. 2001 Grand Caravan 3.3L 143K. The fans had been coming off and on and making a vibrating sound lately. I guess the bearing may have been going out. So today the blade flew off and put a hole in the radiator. Has anyone else had this problem?? Going to install new radiator, both fans, and thermostat.

seen it get bad but not that bad. Wife would never put up with the noise that long.
