I have a 2003 caravan with 140 000 kms and it has a rough idle when the AC is on. It is worse when the engine is hot and makes a ticking sound. Also is a little rough when taking off and jerks when going up slight hills with little throttle. I have cleaned the throttle body. Thanks

 

When was the last time the plugs were changed, and what brand was used? If it's been a while since the last change, have you pulled at least the front ones to take a look at their condition? And BTW, where in the world are you located that you're using AC now?
