2003 dodge caravan, are they bad for wires corroding?

 

There is one very well known issue with the injector wiring harness melting in the area under the P/S reservoir. This can't be seen until the reservoir is lifted, and the outer covering removed from that section of the wiring harness. That said, this is not likely to cause the van to suddenly not start, unless there was at least some indication previously that the van was misfiring. Outside of that, the wires in the van are no more or less likley to be corroded than any other vehicle. You need to first determine if the problem is fuel-related or spark and go from there.
