[5th Gen : 08+]: Dogde Grand Caravan 2012 headaches...
I have that same transmission problem. When we first purchased the car I took it in and ask what it was they told me it was normal. Ask again when I did the first oil change. I was told the same thing. About 6 months or so later there was a recall to reset the computer for the transmission. It was fine for a short time. It is doing it again. I took it back in and was told that the computer learns how the driver drives and sets to that. So does that mean every 6 months I have to get it reset???? This is a driving hassard and it will cause an accident. It is not safec to have the car not move when you have your foot on the gas and then take off like a shot.
