My 99 Grand caravan has a rust hole on top of the front drivers side strut support, It is 4" by 2" and I know I need to fix it soon. I read somewhere in here about somebody replacing the whole area with a plate they welded in. Any idea where I could find such a plate? Trying to get all my parts on hand so I can start as soon as it warms up.

Chrysler makes a kit for it. Also available on parts websites. Very common problem on many forums. Lots of info out there.

Thanks for the help local dealer had strut repair cap for $40, installation kit for $29
passed on epoxy for $71 will find alternative source
