Default Dodge Caravan 2.4 L Engine vibration at idle

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knew why my caravan has a very rough idle when in gear. When the van is in park, the idle goes normal a bit but when it is in gear it idles very rough and the vibration is felt at the steering wheel very bad. I pulled out my spark plugs and there is oil on them but only the right side plugs. I took some pics to show and my guess is the valve cover gasket and the o-rings for the tubes are bad and that is what is causing the vibration. If anyone has seen this could you please confirm or deny my suspicion about the cause of this vibration? Thanks!

a_lopez,

I'm sorry to learn if your idle concern. in regards to a vibration, an inspection would likely be necessary to isolate the root cause. In some cases a vibration may be related to a belt or pulley wobble, an issue with the Air Conditioning compressor, or even an engine mount concern.
