Cool no cruise, windshield washer or hazard lites

I just got a 2008 dodge grand caravan
and the cruise doesn't lite up or work
no window washer power
no hazard warning doesn't turn on?

could all this be related to the clock spring?

I have no idea, maybe check your fuses? That's what I would do. Someone else will hopefully chime in.

If a system is switched ON the steering wheel it's related to the clockspring. No fuses for any of the three systems. All controlled by internal circuits in the TIPM (fuse box).

The Clock Spring and all the switches are built into one big steering module assembly. Most likely that is the problem. But the only way to be 100% sure if find a shop with enhanced Chrysler Scan tool. Other wise you'll be just throwing darts at it.
