I need to change the struts on my 2002 Grand Caravan Sport 3.3 and would sincerely appreciate some information.

I want to use complete quick strut assemblies.

1. Which is the best to use? (Monroe 171572R Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly?). Or something else? I've read conflicting information concerning the elongated hole.

2. Should I replace the stabilizer links? I've read of problems removing the existing ones.

3. Any other potential problems?

 

Not sure on Strut brands or connecting links, but you may want to consider doing the sway-bar bushings while you are at it.
