Windshield

It is raining. My windshield had beads of water all over it except for two streaks where the wipers wipe which are sheeted water. When the wipers are on these areas are not cleared by the wipers. What is going on?

Clean your windshield with a NON-SCRATCHING scrubbing pad, squeegee it clean, and apply rain-x. Also new wiper blades would help.

I will try the washing part, but it has new wipers. Are there any other suggestions?

I have had good luck with RAIN-X wiper blades. They are loaded with the RAIN-X product and treat the glass as you use them.
