Just picked up a 04 3.3L SXT today, Runs and drives great. Only two problems that i know of and that is i have no low beams But i do have high beams, and the blower motor isn't working now i first thought it was the resistor but its not, i swapped in a known good one out my 02 and no joy, i checked output voltage for the blower and i am getting 0.6V, I jumped the fan with 12V and still no joy so i am figuring i am losing voltage somewhere and the blower may be bad


as for the headlights i noticed i am getting 0V feed to the headlight relay and .1V trigger voltage.......
