i have a 94 Plymouth grand voyager im trying to change the timing chain and gears.... my ? Is the gear that's on the bottom on the crank shaft is ceased up an I cant get it off any ideas would be great thank u In advance

I believe the muscle cars section. However; a mod may come along and just move it.
