I have a creaking noise coming from somewhere in the back of my caravan. It seams to be triggered by going over minor road bumps. I purchased the van about 5 days ago. I am pretty sure the noise is there with all the seats up and all the seats stowed. What are the most likely things to check that would cause this?

The ability to narrow down the location, in this case, the left driver side, helps to isolate what could be the root cause. Has a passenger had a chance to listen a little closer or feel areas for vibration or rattle? Is it possible something has fallen into a small area (loose change or perhaps a toy)?
