I have a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I tried to start it yesterday morning and it was dead. Kept turning key off and on. It finaly turned over real slow. Replaced starter, had battery checked, still the same problem. Will not turn fast enough to start. Please help.

 

> Jump it using jumper cables. If it starts change the battery regardless.
