Default radio/cdplayer/loud vibrating

2008 dodge caravan
Yesterday morning I opened the door and the radio/cd player started making this loud humming vibrating sound. After pushing almost every button finally a cd ejected. Butit was still making the noise. After a couple minutes of this it stopped. I closed my door and figured it was just some crazy one time thing. When I came back to the van and opened the door it started making the noise again, after a couple min. It stopped. I can listen to the radio but if I try to put a cd in the noise will occur again. I disconnected the battery for half hour and then hooked it back up. Nothing changed. Not sure where I go with this now. I can't seem to find any recalls our issues similar to mine.

The dealer would be an option to review this condition. Is there any problems with the CD itself that could have caused the issue?
