Default Sway Bar Bushings - Are new OEM best?

My 2000 Grand Van (only 73K) developed a rattle over any bump. After checking tie rods & ball joints, I started searching. Sway bar bushings? Ridiculous! OK, OK, I will try. New bushings from Carr Quest.

Poof! No more noise! Silence! Happy, happy, happy - for 1 1/2 days! The noise returned slightly at first and full force within 5 days!

My favorite tech suggested plastic shims under the bracket. "Just do the passenger side." He also gave me two bushings (one w/ blue paint, one w/ orange paint) that he had lying around -
  • Line 1 = 3024AD ORANGE
  • Line 2 = 56 & Chrysler Star
  • Line 3 = 3041AD BLUE
Somewhere I read that new OEM bushings have a nylon insert. Some people say use "only NAPA" and others say "only..." I sure would like to avoid doing this again soon.

So:
  1. What's the difference between the blue and orange bushings? They both appear to be designed to fit a bar that's right around 1".
  2. Is there a new Mopar bushing that;s better?
  3. Is there a better aftermarket bushing?

Thanks
