I have a 2006 Grand caravan 3.3. Recently the radiator started leaking.
I got online and bought a radiator and when I went to replace it it isn't the same style. The one I bought and has the post on top and my current radiator does not. Checked with a few other places they all said the radiator they had listed has the post on top for the brackets.
Mine has the brackets but they have the post on them and they go down into the fan mount.
The fan mount comes up over the top of the radiator.

Not sure what to do next.
Will the new radiator fit with my fans and i just get new radiator brackets?

Not certain what you mean by "post", but the rad I bought recently had a flat metal strip attached to the top with bolts on either end. This is a mounting flange which is needed for some vehicles, but not our gen 4 vans. So if that's the "post" you're talking about, just remove it and the bolts holding it on, and you'll be good to go.

Yep took off the top plate and got it all put back together.
