Default 2010 Grand Caravan Radiator Fan not kicking on

My radiator fan is not kicking on. The fan motor is fine. I've replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor for $7 but that isn't doing the trick. The ratiator fan resistor has a crack in the green clay covering the coils. Could it be the fan resistor? How can I test if it isn't doing it's job? Maybe a heat gun to it to see if it will kick the fan on? Thoughts? Thanks!

Is the temperature gauge working? If so the computer is seeing the temperature.
The fans should come on low speed at 215F and about 230F+ will be high speed. The computer drives a relay to run the fans. Usually both fans will come on at the same time. Just the fan speed changes low to high. The speed difference is accomplished by changing from series to parallel circuits to the fans.
Check power to the fans at operating temperature. Then check power to the relay and finally power from the BCM to the relay.

No BCM on a 5th generation 2010. Both high and low speed relays are powered by the TIPM and it appears you have a single cooling fan unlike the dual fans on earlier vans. Low speed relay is in the TIPM. High speed relay is external to the TIPM.

Resistor bad? Measure the resistance across the resistor's pins. Head to a dealership or parts store. Ask to see a resistor. Measure the resistance again. If there's a major difference buy it and replace.
