I have a 2012 Grand Caravan - is it possible to change one of the stow and go 2nd row seats with a regular size seat? My daughter is disabled and has a hard time climbing into the seat since it actually sits farther away from the door and I am thinking if we replaced it with a normal sized passenger seat it would help?

 

Frankly I hate sitting in the stow and go in my 2010 because the "bucket" part of the seat is too deep. You might want to contact a company that does conversions for handicap access to see if they might have an idea to meet your needs. They would have experience doing such changes.
