We replaced the front rotors again and they looked like they possibly had started to have cracks but after doing that there is still the same exact problem. This didn't start so bad until after we replaced the warped ones which weren't nearly as bad as they are now and there was no high torque on anything just normal tightening and the caliper pins were greased also. Could it be the pins or the calipers themselves, The calipers were replaced a couple years ago because they were hanging up.

You could check the run out of the new rotors with a roller tipped dial gauge while installed on the wheel hub. Then check the run out of the wheel rims with a roller tipped dial gauge. There have been cases of bad rotors coming right out of the box before install.
Tires can look good, but can have unseen belt separation or internal defects that can only be found with a road force balance test. These issues can cause your front end to act as if you have warped rotors or unbalanced tires when braking.

If those tests fail, its time to get it to an expert tire shop with ASE technicians that can find and fix the problem. You need to fix the problem before it gets worse.

This^^. Perhaps it's not brake related.

If not brake related then why did it start after changing the brakes.
Today we unhooked the ABS and that didn't make any changes so the only thing I can think is the calipers aren't sliding on the brackets correctly because of possible buildup.
