Default 2011 Cvan washer pumps both out?

I have a 2011 Grand Caravan, and went to use the washers today, and both the front and rear are not working. I have de icer style fluid, and it will not freeze, and I checked the J21 slot fuse and it is ok as well. Is it really possible that both pumps failed at the same time? Or where else should I be looking??

One pump that can switch polarity (direction)

Anything can freeze if it's cold enough or not mixed right. Lines will freeze before the tank will.

Not frozen? You push the switch and the signal goes from the steering control module over the CAN data bus to the TIPM (fuse box) then from there out to the pump. I would assume the pump is on the bottom of the reservoir as in earlier models. Might start by checking for power there. If it's there you'll need a pump.

Popular misconception. Washer fluid at the nozzle will freeze solid if not used often. The alcohols evaporate at the nozzle and what's left behind (water) freezes.
