I have a 2013 Caravan and when the door is activated with the handle or button the back of the door will not kick out to allow the door to slide back. After using the handle to open the door far enough I can use the button to open the door. Now, this has only started happening since it has gotten cold. The door will operate correctly if the van has been running for a while. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
