Question My Knees Are Freezing!

2013 Caravan with tilt / telescoping steering wheel. Regardless of the setting there always seems to be cold air blowing on my knees when the heater is on. I discovered that the "breeze" is coming from the steering column where the lever is for moving the steering wheel in or out.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a known problem or is there something I can fix myself. I'm actually thinking of making a quilted cozy for my steering column.

Thanks in advance! BRRRR!!!

I checked for technical service bulletins and nothing was found related to this condition. It seems odd. Has your servicing dealer been contacted to review this issue?

Regina,
Thanks for checking. No, I haven't checked this out with my dealer. I probably should though. It is an oddball issue....wish it happened in the summertime!
