Default 2004 Dodge Caravan burning smoke from hood when heating is ON

Hi,
I have 2004 Dodge Caravan Anni. edition which runs pretty well. Since last two days, I am observing an issue of burning wire/rubber smoke coming out from hood when heating is ON. I also see antifreeze coolant on ground under the van when the vehicle is running idle. I don't see any leaks in radiator with my naked eyes. The engine heat on dashboard remains normal.

Is it safe to drive the vehicle? I am little worried. Please provide your suggestions.

Much appreciated,
T

Anytime you smell smoke from a vehicle, especially if you don't know it's exact source, it's time to have educated eyes look at it.
