Ok heres the problem:

Will not attempt to turn over. When you turn the key to the on position all the lights come on and then they cycle off except for the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) and Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) Light stay on. You can hear things happening in the engine compartment. Then the ETC light goes out and then MIL light flash 10 or 11 times. I cycled the key off to on three times and the indicator states "-done-". I know the battery is good it was tested at the store. I tried both keys and have the same result. Not sure what else I can do here other than have it towed into the dealer.

This is the only vehicle we used to take my kid and her wheelchair in and was hoping for a couple of ideas before we try and go that route.

Not really happy taking it to the dealer we have local have had a couple of bad experiences.

Any help or ideas would be extremely appreciated.
