I have 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. I just recently replace the blower motor in the front under the dash. The previous blower motor was messed up do to condensation from the A/C. Water was pouring out of the center of the blower motor. I'm thinking the condensation drain line my be clogged or disconnected. Could someone tell what it is located?

 

It is located in the center of the hvac housing right behind the airbag module. some '09 vans had a recall on the hvac drain. I'm guessing your water issues are from above the blower motor, water coming into the fresh air intake opening.
