I am trying to figure out how to listen to the radio through speakers and my kids listening to movie through ves head phones. I have a 2014 Caravan.
Please help, we are going to Disney in June and i do not want to listen to movies the 12 hour drive.

this what i found in manual
"All sources are played through the VES™ headphones."
I take it to mean i have to listen to headphones while driving if i dont want to listen to movie.

 

I believe the only time the the sound from a DVD will play through the speakers is if you have the radio set to play the DVD on the radio screen.

As long as the radio is set to AM, FM, SAT, HDD, DISC or AUX the sound from the DVD will only play through the headphones, and whichever mode you have selected will play through the speakers.

 

Thank you for the help, I figure out I have to hit hard key for radio to get speakers to play radio and ves plays through headphones. Sometimes it is the easiest solution.
