I recently bought a used Grand Caravan which had been involved in a rear collision and since repaired. Before buying it, I had a mechanic inspect the vehicle and he put it on the hoist. You could see where the rear panel had been spot welded in the rear wheel well.. It was exposed metal. On the other side there was black plastic!

So my question is this... what is the part called for a rear splash guard/ shield / fenderwell liner? part #?

I searched many sites including mopar only to find front liners/shields; no rear.

I am crazy? I saw and felt plastic.. it would make sense to protect the inner fender from stone chips. it's got to exist and be something I can buy a replacement for

 

Might help if you took a picture of the side with and the side without...?

 

Called a dealer part dept. Guy physically check a few vehicles. There is plastic only on left side to protect the fuel filler hose. Nothing on right.. So I was barking up wrong tree. Thanks .. Think I will invest in a rubberized undercoating.
