Hi, I have a 1998 Dodge grand caravan and I continue to have trouble with my back door latch handle. I have taken it apart and it seems to work fine but when I put it back in it becomes very problematic. Sometimes I just flat out can't open the door. Do any of you have any ideas or experience with dealing with this.

 

I took the liftgate lock actuator apart and sprayed it with LPS1 (like WD40) and I also sprayed the linkages with the same thing. It was working for a while, but the issue is returning. I'm gonna try another lubricant tomorrow (lubriplate grease) maybe that one will work better.
