Default 2007 GC SXT Rear Evaporator Replacement

I have a 2007 Grand Caravan SXT, that has a bad Rear Evaoporator Core. I know this because the AC started blowing Hot Air, so I added Freon, only to find it leaking out from the Rear AC unit behind the Passenger Side Rear Tire. Made a nice puddle of oil on the Ground.

Can someone point me to either a Video, or Instructions hopefully with pictures showing how to remove and replace the unit.

Also, do I just need the Core, Expansion Valve and Seal Kit?

I have already removed the Trim and have the unit expose.

Thanks,
Mark

Also would like to know, how much Freon and Oil I should add after I draw a Vacuum on the System.

Are you sure it's the core? The part that fails most is the extension tubes that run from the core to the underside where it connects to the lines from up front. The tubes right above the connection block develop pinhole leaks. Buy a new one from parts.com. Good idea to replace the expansion valve at same time since they're cheap and you have to disconnect it to remove the extension tubes.

Clamp off the heater hoses and remove them. Disconnect the extension tube block from the undercarriage lines. Then loosen the two bolts holding the rear unit. Lift the entire thing up and out and examine the extension tube unit.
