When you replace the filter the first time. Did you notice a lot of debris in the pan? Pull out either the input or output sensors and inspect for metal on the tip of the sensor. If you have metal on the sensor, The transmission came apart inside. And if you have a scanner, Let know what codes you have.

You should have other stored or active codes in the Transmission control module. The Powertrain control module will give you a P0700 code. That's just to let the person inspecting the vehicle that you may have codes in the TCM. Those are the codes I need to help you.

You'll need a specialized scanner available at dealerships and many shops.
