Question IPM Fuse & Relay - How to Replace Fuse Socket? [PHOTOS]

Vehicle: 2002 Dodge Caravan SE (3.3, V6)

Within my IPM Fuse & Relay Center fuse box there is a fuse which has a cotter pin inserted. It is located at the FF/RR WSHR location (see photos below, GREEN ARROW). It appears the previous owner damaged the socket for the fuse and so when i look into the hole there appears to be nothing there. At the base i believe i can see some electrical ends and hence the use of 1" cotter to reach down and make a connection. THE PROBLEM is the Front and Rear Washer Motors do not function. Both motors are fine but there is no electricity flowing to them. It seems the cotter pin isnt making the dead-on, exact contact in most cases.

I removed the IPM Fuse box from the vehicle. Is there a way for me to remove the black plastic surface which all the fuses rest on top of so as to get access to the lower level and then to insert a new fuse socket at FF/RR WSHR location?

I've seen one opened up and it is just layers of cut out metal sheets connecting a to b. I don't think a reroute would be possible. And it's a 2 way pump so a hardwire would be pretty tough as well.

I've never dealt with it but looking at this video showing a Dodge Ram IPM, at about the 10 second mark he talks about what he calls heat stakes that secure the panel to the lower box. He breaks them with a screw driver. Maybe yours is similar. May have to melt them loose with a soldering iron or drill them out.
