Default Brake lights on dash

I have a problem that comes and goes.

When I start the engine, all the idiot lights go out. At about 10 mph, ALL of the brake lights on the instrument panel come on. ESP BAS, ABS, brake, and anti-swerve. None blink, they are all on solid. They stay on while I'm driving. The brakes seem to work fine, but I understand this combination of lights is *supposed* to indicate catastrophic brake system failure.

I've checked brake fluid, and I keep on top of the pads. I have no leaks that I can find right off the bat - no puddles and no indication of fluid leak from the brakes. I'm suspecting a sensor problem, but which one and where is not clear yet.

The last time this happened, I was low on fluid. I topped it off, and a day or two later the lights quit coming on.

Any ideas?
