I bought a used 02" Caravan Sport. It needs some work, I've repaired quiet a bit. Right now I need it to pass inspection. My running lights and my 3rd brake light work but the bottom two does not work for brake lights. I was told to check the relays in the rear quarter panel, I don't know to access that.
I've changed the brake switch, the ABS speed sensor and checked all of the fuses I can find and lights. Even replaced the lights just to be sure. So how do I check the relay's in the rear quart panel, or rather how to I access that.

Have you checked to see if you have voltage to the light sockets?
