Default Dodge caravan

I own a 2002 Dodge caravan. My windshield wipers won't turn off.Even with van off.Had it to garage and they replaced switch.Didn't work. They figure it is the fuse box.Would cost $750.a buddy at work thinks it might be FCM.What do you think?

Have you tried replacing the wiper relay in the fuse box?

No they just tried the switch. Now they seem to think it is the fuse box.At a cost of $750.So we can't drive in the rain right now.Unless we put fuse back in .Then gotta keep putting fuse in and out.

Try swapping the wiper relay with one of the other relays in the fuse box.

When my wipers wouldn't turn off I put one of the other relays (I believe it was the horn relay) in place of the wiper relay and the wipers functioned normally. It won't cost you anything to try.

So I had to buy a new relay (less than $20)

The relay is shaped like a rectangular black box.

The wiper relay will be one of the "small relays" like in the photo below.

I don't remember which relay it is, but if you look at the fusebox cover there should be a diagram describing each relay (and fuse).
