Hey Gang

Tried to find by searching but can't figure this out. Noticed the other day that one of the bolts (on the bottom of the attached photo) was missing. There's a gasket on this connection and things were pretty loose. I tightened up the remaining bolt and will find a new one, but does the gasket/seal need to be replaced since it was pretty loose and sort of flapping around?





Missing bolt where this thing connects down by the headers.

 

Looks like the EGR tube and yes, it needs a gasket and the other bolt. It can leak exhaust gasses and cause the CEL to come on.

The missing bolt is an M6x1.00x21.30 Hex Flange Head, Mopar part number 6508489AA.

 

Don't suppose it's something a decent hardware store would have. Will have to try. Live on small island, not many choices. Thanks for the info, all you guys!!
(I have the service manual so am finding info about the egr valve)
