[5th Gen : 08+]: 2008 caravan sliding door help
I searched through the archives and couldn't find anything.
The passenger sliding door popped pretty loudly a few days ago when I pushed the button to open it. I then tried to open it manually and it would barely open enough to get a look at the lower hinge. I thought there was probably a toy stuck in the track somewhere and I pulled more "firmly". There was another pop when it came free. The small plastic part that the cables hook to was cracked. So I took it off, repaired it(because I can't just buy that part).
I just checked the function of the motor before replacing it and it starts to open then reverses and clicks. So, I tried to get the whole track out and can't figure it out. Any advice on what to do?
Also, neither door has opened by pulling on the exterior door handles since we've owned it. Could I get some advice on what to check there?
Thank you.

I finally got the track assy out, took the cover off of the pulley and the cables were out of the grooves and chewed up a little. At first I thought I could rewind the cables and put it back together but then I realized that it would be a nightmare to get it back "in time".
Would anybody have a suggestion or know where to look for the motor assy? It's a Delphi P/N 16645470.
