My wife reports that her 1995 Caravan is stalling out when she fills the tank. It has happened to her several times. She leaves the gas station and if she has to slow down to turn into a parking lot or if she has to stop at a light, the engine will just die. She can quickly get it started back up, and it won't happen again until the next time she gets the gas tank filled, but it is definitely not a fluke. It has not happened to me yet, so any suggestions would be great. I am thinking it is a fuel pump or maybe a sensor?

 

I have the same problem with a 2004 Grand Caravan. A few years ago the fuel pump was replaced due to a lot of noise, but this did not help at all with the stalling. I usually fill the tank, and just make an effort to stop short before a complete fill. I would also like to know the cause for this problem.
