I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan 4 cylinder SE. About 3-4 years ago the compressor went bad and had to replace it. I paid a mechanic to change the compressor, dryer and expansion valve. I was changing the motor oil on the car and notice the green neon ink. I know its the oil, because the mechanic told me to get the oil with the ink, so its easier to see if there is a leak. The compressor is coming on and the A/C is cool. Right now is cold, so I am not using the A/C. My question is, Can the compressor be fixed? If it cannot, Do I need to replace the dryer with the expansion valve also? If its fixable, What needs to be replaced? The leak is located right where the pulley meets the compressor. Here are some pictures:

That was a very good catch on your part, seeing the dye and oil in time.
You have a compressor shaft seal leaking. Eventually you will lose more oil and refrigerant. The compressor would then fail
You can put a new seal in it after evacuation and removal from the vehicle, but generally a mechanic doing the work, would have to charge as much money for the seal rebuild as getting a new compressor. You could ask them.
The compressor now is 4 years old, so if it was me, I would just replace it. Being that you caught the leak early and still have refrigerant in the working system, you could probably just replace the compressor only, add compressor oil, then evacuate and recharge and not have any issues. I say that on the assumption, that you have not had any previous problems, and the compressor is actually working well now when you found the leak.
