I've had this problem for 2+ years where my van will just stall while driving. I have finally narrowed it down to when I use my heater on defrost shortly after is when the van stalls. If I use my heater on any other setting it does not stall and it doesn't happen any other time. Wouldn't be a huge problem other than the fact I live in Canada and it's a necessity to use defrost. Anyone have this problem?

 

Defrost will engage the air conditioner compressor. Quite possibly a seized compressor.
