Default 430N RHB screen blank!!

As title says...unit has power and when backing up it shows the back up camera picture, but the screen is just blank otherwise.. No radio, no NAV, nothing! I pushed the power nutton, still nothing. At startup it initially shows clock then goes to blank screen that you can tell has power. Anyone have any clue as to how I can try and fix this before taking it in to dealer?? Really hoping I don't need a new unit

You can try disconnecting the battery for a bit to reset everything. Can't hurt.

As a starting point for Uconnect concerns I always recommend checking to see if you need a software update. You can look for that here: https://www.driveuconnect.com/software-update/
