Default 98 Grand Caravan ABS module question

I'm replacing the brake lines on a friend's Grand Caravan. She had someone working on it but never finished the job. I'm trying to help her out but I have to figure out where all the lines go. Can someone tell me where the lines go into the ABS module, ex: front brakes to ABS (what hole) master to ABS (what hole). I hope this makes sense lol. Thanks in advance.

It should be marked on the bottom of the ABS module mounting bracket.

Something like:

PRI SEC
RF LR RR LF

PRI = Primary line from Master Cylinder
SEC = Secondary line from Master Cylinder
RF = Right Front
LR = Left Rear
RR = Right Rear
LF = Left Front
